Car Rental

Car rental reservations can be made by our Concierge Department. Car rental is also available in the airport lobby upon arrival.

Concierge

There is a lot to see and do in Puerto Vallarta and as self-sufficient as our resort is, exploring the area from a glass bottom boat, a sunset cruise, sightseeing excursions, horseback ride or an all day fishing trip is highly recommended. Our knowledgeable Concierge will gladly assist you, not only with helpful suggestions but also with reservations for excursions, dinner and even car rentals.

Currency Exchange

Our Cashier desk, located in the main lobby, allows you to exchange your U.S. or Canadian Dollars for pesos at a fair exchange rate. Many restaurants and vendors also welcome U.S. currency. According to the Mexican Laws, passport is required for currency exchange.

The Cyber Cafe

The Cyber Cafe is located in the Palmita Market for those who feel the need to email. We offer state-of-the-art computers connected to high-speed DSL lines so surfing the net is fast and easy.

Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa provides you with on call medical services 24 hours a day. In case of emergency, air and ground evacuation is possible via a fully equipped ambulance service.

Complimentary self-parking is available (subject to availability). Valet parking is also available for an additional charge.

Private Chef Service for In-Villa Suite Dining

Our professional chefs are on call should you want to dine in the privacy of your suite. Your entire meal will be prepared for you on site and served to you either in the cozy ambiance of your dining room or in the intimacy of your private terrace, with the lights of Puerto Vallarta as your backdrop. We will work with you to personalize a menu and will stay on hand for preparation, serving and clean-up. You may wish to arrange this service for a very special evening or for your entire stay.
